Shipping policy
Our Online Team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
IMPORTANT: For products exceeding certain volume or weight, extra shipping charges may be incurred. These additional costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
TARGET DELIVERY: 2 business days for the South Island and 2-3 business days for the North Island. For rural areas, allow an extra 2-3 business days.
NOTE: Cutoff for same day courier pick up is 11.00 am. Orders placed after 11.00 a.m. on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a courier tracking number.
